1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vision IGCSE ("Platform," "Service," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, educators, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 13 must use the Platform with parental consent and supervision.
Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

Vision IGCSE provides online educational content for Cambridge IGCSE and A Level students, including:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
4. Paid Access & Payments
Current Access Plans
Vision IGCSE sells subject-based access through one-time payments. Current plans include:
Payment Terms
- • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant)
- • Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and Indian Rupees (INR) on the Pricing page
- • International students may pay using supported cards through Razorpay's international payment gateway
- • Payment confirmation is sent via email after successful transaction
- • We do not store credit/debit card information on our servers
Renewal Policy
Paid access does NOT auto-renew. Each plan is a one-time purchase for the duration shown on the Pricing page. You must manually purchase or renew access to continue using premium content after expiry.
Access Expiry
- • Access to premium content ends when the purchased plan expires
- • Your learning progress and account data are retained for 90 days after expiry
- • Renewal within 90 days restores full access with saved progress
- • After 90 days, historical data may be archived or deleted
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the content, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Non-Refundable After 30 Days
Refunds are not available after the 30-day period, except in cases of technical issues on our end.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@visionigcse.com within 30 days of purchase
- Include your order ID, registered email, and reason for refund
- Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on Vision IGCSE, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, code, and software, is the property of Vision IGCSE or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
License Granted to You
Subject to these Terms and your active paid access, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- • Access and view content for personal, non-commercial educational use
- • Download materials for offline study (where explicitly allowed)
- • Print content for personal study purposes only
Restrictions
You may NOT modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
Educational Tool Only
Vision IGCSE is a supplementary educational resource. We do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, or academic outcomes. Success depends on individual effort and circumstances.
"As-Is" Basis
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access.
Content Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, current, or complete. Users should verify information with official Cambridge resources.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vision IGCSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., YouTube videos, external resources). These are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms of service.

10. Account Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time through the Dashboard. Paid access fees are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- • Violate these Terms of Service
- • Engage in fraudulent payment activities
- • Share account credentials or content
- • Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

- We will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation
- If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal action
12. Changes to Terms
